Supporting Local Non-Profits

The heart of the HSB Executive Cornhole Challenge is supporting organizations that make a real difference in our community.

Why we Partner with Non-ProFits

How this tournament benefits non-profits

Each team competing in the HSB Executive Cornhole Challenge has selected a local nonprofit organization to support. These organizations are doing critical work to improve lives, strengthen our community, and address important causes. All proceeds from the tournament go to the nonprofits represented by the first and second place finishers.

HALO — Hope and Life Outreach

“Restoring dignity, offering a fresh start.”

Serving Salisbury’s homeless and hungry since 2007, HALO Ministry provides emergency shelter, daily meals through its HALO Café, clothing, and recovery programs for men, women, and mothers with children. Beyond meeting immediate needs, HALO’s Journey of Hope program helps guests build toward independent, stable lives through counseling, spiritual support, and a resource and respite center. Every person who comes through their doors is met with compassion and a path forward.

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

“Finding cures. Saving children.”

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN is dedicated to treating the toughest childhood cancers and pediatric diseases, while leading groundbreaking research into cures. Families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food — so they can focus on helping their child live. Gillis Gilkerson proudly plays in support of St. Jude, honoring the memory and enduring legacy of Ashley Gilkerson.
